I totally understand this is subjective opinion, but trying to find a list that meets my wife tastes. 50. Phantasm. The new remake movies are dope but I also like the original movie/show series. That’s an excellent point - when we feel connected to the characters, it amps up the fear factor.     Go to horror. Pretty much any classic for the second movie.
